Keystone 1031 pursues opportunistic real estate investments projected to generate stable income and offset capital gains in order to preserve and grow wealth. 

OUR INVESTMENT CRITERIA


The Keystone 1031 team searches for investment opportunities that optimize returns. While we are currently pursuing single-tenant net-lease opportunities, we also consider investments in other asset classes within high-growth markets that forecast accretive returns.

PROPERTY TYPE: Single Tenant Essential Retail

LEASE TYPE: NNN

LEASE TERM: 10 years or longer

TENANT CREDIT: Investment grade. We will consider private companies that have strong balance sheets and operating history.

LOCATION: Nationwide

PRICE/SIZE: $2M (Single Asset) to $50M+ (Portfolios)
