Zach leads new real estate investment product projects for Keystone. He works with key internal clients and external partners to help structure and launch products that support Keystone's growth initiatives. Zach oversees and supports the preparation of various legal materials needed to bring new products to market.​ He participates in the due diligence process, supports advisor and investor education initiatives, and maintains strategic client relationships.

Zach has practiced law for more than 20 years. His background spans complex multifamily housing; healthcare and medical office buildings; and retail, office, and industrial real estate transactions. He’s represented publicly traded REITs and DST sponsors, private equity funds, banks, and other institutional lenders. 

 

Over the course of his career, Zach has closed more than $1 billion of agency loans, including both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and has extensive experience in the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market. 

 

Before joining Keystone, Zach was a shareholder and chairperson of the real estate practice group for a nationally recognized securities and real estate firm in Richmond, Virginia.

 

Zach graduated magna cum laude from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated with honors from Florida State University College of Law.
