Ray advises KNPRE on its real estate acquisition and due diligence strategies and processes. The President of Sun Coast Realty Inc., a company that provides real estate due diligence and consulting services to various companies, has been active in acquiring and syndicating more than $1.3 billion in real estate investments since 2001. Ray gained extensive experience in reviewing public and private placement offerings as the Chief Investment Officer and AVP of Due Diligence for FINRA member broker-dealers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
