VANESSA HAMILTON, OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Vanessa supports our operations and investor relations team with almost two decades of experience in the Reg D alternative investment space. Prior to joining KNPRE, Vanessa managed the investor relations and operations of four distinguished alternative investment sponsors and one hedge fund administrator. Vanessa brings extensive knowledge related to onboarding custodians and broker-dealers, acting as a liaison between third parties and transfer agents, implementing fund closing processes and procedures, and ensuring that all investment operations processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Vanessa holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 63, and 65 licenses, through Emerson Equity LLC.
